We're aware that while redeeming some promo codes, players will not receive a confirmation message and may not see rewards after inputting the code. If this occurs, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Enter the promo code
  2. Check Castle to see if the rewards were received
  3. If rewards were not received, enter the code again
  4. A message will appear that says 'That promo code has already been redeemed'
  5. Check Castle again to see the rewards
