We're aware that while redeeming some promo codes, players will not receive a confirmation message and may not see rewards after inputting the code. If this occurs, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Enter the promo code
- Check Castle to see if the rewards were received
- If rewards were not received, enter the code again
- A message will appear that says 'That promo code has already been redeemed'
- Check Castle again to see the rewards
