You can choose whether or not to receive marketing messages from us. These include promotional offers, event announcements, and updates about new features.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time through one of the following methods:

From a Marketing Email

All marketing emails include an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Tap the link and follow the steps to manage your preferences or stop emails entirely.

From the game

If your account is connected to Fortis ID:

• Open the game
• Tap your profile pic on the top left side of the screen
• Go to Accounts > Manage Account
• Set the Email Subscription toggle to off (greyed out)

This will stop all marketing notifications, including emails if your Fortis ID is linked.

Want to Opt Back In?

You can opt back in at any time:

• In-game: set the Marketing Messages toggle to on (green)
• Email: resubscribe using the link in a previous marketing message
