Fortis ID is your personal game account that securely saves your progress and allows you to access your account across multiple devices and Fortis games.

How to Create or Link Fortis ID
If you’re using a guest account, you can link it to a Fortis ID at any time, in-game simply head to:
Account > Manage > Connect.
Switching Devices?
If your account is linked to a Fortis ID, simply log in on your new device to continue playing.
If it’s not linked, progress remains tied to your original device and cannot be recovered if lost. If you’ve lost access to your account, please follow the steps under I Want to Recover Access to My Lost Account.
Can I unlink my Fortis ID?
Unlinking isn’t supported at this time for security reasons but you can change the linked email address.
Can I delete my Fortis ID?
Yes, you can request deletion of your Fortis ID and all associated data. Keep in mind:
- This action is permanent
- It deletes all game progress linked to the Fortis ID
- If your Fortis ID is connected to multiple games, you’ll lose access to all of them
To request Fortis ID deletion
- Open the game
- Tap the settings icon on the left side of the screen
- Go to Accounts > Manage [Account] > Manage [Fortis ID]
- Tap Delete Fortis ID button and follow the instructions
