Guest Account lets you start playing instantly without registering or logging in. It’s a convenient option to try the game quickly, but it comes with important limitations.

Limitations of Guest Accounts

  • Guest Accounts are tied only to your current device.
  • If you delete the app, reset your device, or switch phones, your progress may be permanently lost unless you first link your Guest Account to a Fortis ID (see How to Keep Your Progress Safe below).
  • Recovery is usually not possible, though we might be able to help if you can verify account ownership (see I Want to Recover Access to My Lost Account).

Your Data Rights
Data subject rights are available to Guest Accounts. In order to exercise your rights, you need to have access to your Guest Account. If you’ve lost access,  please follow I Want to Recover Access to My Lost Account.

How to Keep Your Progress Safe
To avoid losing progress, we strongly recommend linking your Guest Account to a Fortis ID. You can link your account at any time via: Accounts > Manage > Connect.

Moving to a New Device?
Your progress can only be transferred if the account has been linked to a Fortis ID. Guest accounts are device-specific and cannot be restored elsewhere unless linked in advance with a Fortis ID.
