If your account was connected to a Fortis ID
If your account was linked to a Fortis ID, you might be able to recover it yourself. Just open the game, go to the Fortis ID login screen, and sign in with the email address associated with your account. Your progress should sync automatically.
If your account was not connected to a Fortis ID
If your account wasn’t linked to a Fortis ID, you will not be able to recover access to your account. However, you can verify your ownership and exercise your data subject rights with respect to that account, including but not limited to the right to be forgotten and the right of access. Send us a message and please include as much of the following information as you can:
- Recent in-game purchases
- Country of play or purchase
- Player ID
- Account creation date
- Last login date
If you made in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play Store, you can find the in-app purchase information in the related invoices including transaction amount, currency, order ID/number, and the last four digits of the payment method. You can also provide us with a copy of your receipt.
