You can request the deletion of all data associated with your game account. 

                               
This means all personal data associated with your game account, including purchases, progress, gems, rankings, and related information, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Your Fortis ID will also be deleted unless it is linked to other Fortis games. 

If you want to delete your Fortis ID that is linked to multiple Fortis games, please follow the steps set out in Fortis ID.

 To proceed:

  • Tap your profile pic on the top left corner of the screen
  • Go to Accounts > Manage > Delete in your game account menu. 

If you created guest accounts that are no longer accessible to you, please follow the steps under I Want to Recover Access to My Lost Account.
