❓ Why are you resetting progress?

Update 1.8 introduced more issues than we can responsibly fix on top of existing foundations. A full reset means a cleaner, more stable game - for everyone, now and going forward. It was a hard call, but we believe it's the right one.

❓ Who does this affect?

This reset applies to players who had installed Twilight Towers before April 17th, 2026. If you're new to Fernhollow since 1.8, your progress is unaffected.

❓ Will I lose everything?

Your progress will be reset, but your player ID will remain the same and more importantly: you won't be left empty-handed - see below.

❓ What am I getting in return?

Every legacy player will receive gem compensation to help make up for lost progress.

❓ When will the reset happen?

There is no set date for the reset at this time, but we plan to make it happen in the coming weeks. There will be a 2 day warning sent to your inbox when the reset will occur and to inform you of what to expect when the reset happens. 

❓ Will this happen again?

We don't intend to perform another account reset. This reset is specifically designed to get the game onto solid ground so we don't find ourselves here again
